In our possession, we currently have the 55 gallon metal drum. Hubs will be cutting the top off, dragging it into the yard and filling it with water. We're just waiting on the ammo to arrive. We ordered Federal HST .45 JHP and they even show the proper expansion on the packaging! Almost time to make bullet flowers.

In the mean time, I have sorted all of the drilled shells so that I can spray paint them. I still can't believe that Other Wife and Other Husband drilled all of the shells for us. They really saved us a ton of work, at a time when we didn't have the time to do it.
I have to buy the Rustoleum and some bamboo skewers. The final colors we chose were Metallic Cobalt, Metallic Silver, Metallic Black, and Metallic Pearl White.
The hurricane vases have arrived, as well as the firefly light strings and the curly willow! We are currently waiting on the arrival of the black fish tank sand. Once we saw the firefly lights in person, we realized we needed black sand, so as to hide the battery packs.
The cake topper arrived as well!!! It came out so perfect! Hubs always has great ideas and when we team up and I put the ideas into Photoshop, we come up with these cool designs. So far we've designed our future home, next year's little league team logo, our save the dates, wedding invitations and RSVP's, and now the cake topper. I'm very proud of us. We make a great team!
I've got the soldering iron en route. Other Wife and I need to hit up the craft store to check out silk flowers and get the wire we plan to use for the bullet flower stems. It feels like there are a million things to do and no time left to do them!
